Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return through our self-serve return portal.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit https://account.nordicasa.se and log in using your email address. A six-digit verification code will be sent to your email; no password is needed.
  2. Once logged in, go to the "Returns" section and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Provide a reason for your return and any additional details that may help us process your request.
  4. Review your return request and submit it.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation once your return request is approved, including instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be undamaged, unworn, and unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.

Sending Your Return

  1. Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
  2. Use a reliable shipping service, and make sure to cover the return shipping costs.
  3. Send the package to the address provided in the return approval email. Items sent without an approved return request will not be accepted.

After your return is authorized, please ensure the item is sent back within 14 days.

Damages and Issues
Check your order upon arrival and reach out immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Claims for damaged or defective products must be filed within 5 days of receiving the item to allow us to resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
    Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, return the original using the self-serve portal and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  1. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved or not.
  2. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  3. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
