Delivery Areas

We deliver within the entire European Union (EU).

Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders over €49 within all delivery areas.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders under €49, a flat shipping fee of €7 applies to all countries.

Shipping costs will be added to the total amount at checkout if the order does not meet the requirements for free shipping.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and destination. Generally, deliveries within the EU can be expected to take between 4 - 7 business days.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, and public holidays.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided.

Delays and Delivery Issues

If your delivery is delayed or if you experience any issues with the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nordicasa.se. We will work with our suppliers and shipping companies to resolve any issues promptly.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address when placing an order. Nordicasa is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be charged for the cost of reshipping.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged product or if any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@nordicasa.se. Please include your order number and photos of any damages.
